Registration Questions

Overview

Registration questions let you extend the registration form of your event with custom questions. This allows you to collect information such as jersey sizes, dietary preferences, club affiliation or other relevant details during registration.

Creating and Managing Questions

Navigate to the event and select the Registration Questions section. First choose the route and rating for which the questions should apply.

• New Question – Click + and enter the question text.
• Answer Options – Define the possible answers that will be shown to participants as choices.
• Required Question – Enable the checkbox if the question must be answered.
• Free Answer – Enable this option to allow participants to enter their own answer.

Global Question Library

The "Global Questions" tab provides predefined questions that you create once and reuse across different events. Select suitable questions from the library and add them to the current event with a single click.
