Create, configure, and manage sports events of any type and scale — from a weekly training session to a multi-day open championship — all from a single dashboard.

Creating a New Event

Click New Event in the dashboard to open the event wizard. Choose an event type, then fill in the core details: name, date, location, and participant categories. The wizard guides you through every step and lets you publish immediately or save as a draft.

  • Event name, description, and banner image
  • Start and end date/time (single-day or multi-day)
  • Venue selection from saved locations or a free-text address
  • Participant categories (age groups, skill levels, gender divisions)
  • Maximum participant or team capacity
  • Public or club-members-only visibility
  • Draft mode — prepare the event without publishing until ready

Event Types

  • Tournament / Championship — multi-round competitions with draws, brackets, and automated result progression.
  • League — season-long competitions with configurable matchdays and a running standings table.
  • Training Camp — multi-day training events with session-by-session scheduling and attendance tracking.
  • Single Match / Friendly — quickly schedule a one-off game between two teams.
  • Club Event — non-competitive events such as ceremonies or fundraisers, with RSVP and ticketing.
  • Open Training Day — public taster sessions for external participants.

Venue & Schedule Management

Define one or more venues per event, each with its own courts, pitches, or rooms. The schedule builder assigns matches automatically or lets you arrange them manually with drag-and-drop.

Officials & Staff Management
